I have four years of cross-functional experience across healthcare, retail, and digital transformation. I build tight, functional workflows, keep projects on track, and communicate clearly at every level of a team. My edge is the composite perspective: I've been the person behind the systems, the one workshopping their daily use, and the one thinking through what it all means in practice.
I started in a dental practice front desk during a flood recovery, which meant learning how insurance billing works while also building the practice's first digital records system from scratch. That combination of getting into the weeds on a process and then stepping back to design something better has stuck with me ever since.
Since then I've managed high-volume customer support queues at a Canadian telco, coordinated remote admin and marketing for a dermatology practice, and handled multi-brand retail operations in Nassau's tourist corridor. Each role handed me a different lens on how organisations actually function: where communication breaks down, where tools get in the way instead of helping, and where a well-placed SOP can save a team hours every week.
I'm genuinely bilingual in English and Spanish. I've done volunteer translation across healthcare, financial services, and humanitarian aid through Translators Without Borders, so I'm comfortable with precision and consistency in both directions.
I'm 22, which means I've packed four years of real cross-functional experience into a window where most people are still figuring out their first role. I don't say that to oversell it; I say it because recruiters sometimes look at my photo and do the mental arithmetic, and I'd rather be upfront. The experience is real and the documentation is all there.
I completed my Google Project Management Certificate in May 2026 and I'm starting my BA in International Business at Romanian-American University in Bucharest in October 2026. The next certifications on the list are CAPM and eventually PMP, working toward them alongside the degree. In the meantime I'm actively looking for full-time or freelance remote work and am set up properly for it: dedicated laptop, dual monitors, wired ethernet at 150 Mbps, and a quiet home office in Tbilisi.

EDC Insurance Records Migration
- The problem
- Easy Dental Care's paper records were at risk after the 2021 flood. They needed a paperless system fast, without disrupting patient care or insurance billing.
- The approach
- Ran the full PMBOK lifecycle end to end: charter, WBS, stakeholder register, risk log, monitoring plan, retrospective. Built it all in Google Workspace so the team could keep using it after handoff.
- The outcome
- Practice migrated cleanly, staff trained on the new workflow, every project artefact preserved. Documented as a slide deck so the methodology is reusable.

NHS Health Inequalities Analysis (2011 – 2019)
- The problem
- The standard "deprivation causes mortality" story across English local authorities is widely cited, but it might be confounded by NHS funding allocation itself.
- The approach
- Joined NHS Fingertips, ONS Deprivation domain scores, and 2021 Census ethnic composition data. PostgreSQL for the transform layer, R for OLS regression, PCA, and outlier testing.
- The outcome
- 309 districts analysed, 23 formal outliers identified. The areas that outperform their deprivation profile are often the ones that received the most targeted NHS investment. Full methodology, reproducible SQL/R code, and ICB context notes published on the project site.
